Job summary

Hudson Technologies Inc is seeking a Logistics & Distribution Analyst I to strengthen the end-to-end order-to-shipment lifecycle through data analysis, system expertise, and cross-functional collaboration.

The role emphasizes monitoring order flow, resolving daily exceptions, and developing practical, data-supported solutions in a remote-friendly setting. A minimum of two years in logistics with ERP/BI tools is preferred.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Excel with advanced functions and data validation.
This role requires Power BI or similar BI tool experience for performance insights.
ERP experience (MS Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle) handling order/inventory/shipment flows.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify anomalies.
Experience with order management, inventory, warehousing, and distribution.
Effective cross-functional communication and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Monitor and improve ERP order flow from release to invoicing readiness.
Develop and maintain daily/weekly reports on order status, backlog, and backlog aging.
Use Excel/Power BI and ERP tools to analyze high-volume data.
Create dashboards to clarify performance and identify risks and issues.
Reconcile ERP, warehouse, transportation, and inventory data for accuracy.
Investigate exceptions and drive root-cause analysis with teams.
Own issues through resolution with data validation and actions tracking.
