Job summary

Delek US Holdings is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, manage inventory, and optimize transportation across our downstream footprint. You will support warehouse operations, carrier scheduling, and data reconciliation with the operations team.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least 2 years in transportation or logistics. Strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; equivalent combinations may be considered.
• Two (2) or more years experience in Transportation, Logistics, or related field required.
• No Licensure or Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics operations, including inventory management, warehousing and transportation.
• Manage an effective system for inventory control and timely transportation of materials.
• Dispatch drivers and carriers to meet service level targets and reconcile data daily with plans.
• Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and support data-driven decisions.

JOB SUMMARY

Coordinates inbound and outbound logistical operations, including inventory management, warehousing and transportation to ensure sufficient supply of goods and products. Controls the commercial impact of the complete range of activities from receiving, locating and dispatching, sourcing, purchasing and optimizing inventory levels. Administers an effective system that meets the organization's inventory control needs through efficient transportation of raw materials, component parts and/or finished goods.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Two (2) or more years Experience in Transportation, Logistics, or related field (Required)
