Job summary

Movers Specialty Service (MSS) is seeking a full-time Logistics Coordinator to support our Account Executive team and external contractors. You will confirm services meet time, procedure, customer service and pricing standards in a high-volume environment, with emphasis on scheduling, cost analysis, and provider coordination.

The role offers remote work with in-office and hybrid options, competitive PTO, bonuses, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• At least one year experience in work scheduling, dispatching or high-volume customer service is desired.
• Logistics coordination is highly valued.
• Must be able to work core hours 8:00am-5:00pm or 9:00am-6:00pm EST.
• Basic math skills for costing, discounts and margins.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; home-based work possible.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize orders and select approved service providers to fulfill each order.
• Communicate order requirements with providers and schedule service.
• Analyze cost of services and set appropriate pricing.
• Document and enter order information and complete paperwork.
• Confirm appointments and services and respond to issues.
• Adjust daily orders and provide work schedules as needed.
• Maintain relationships with primary service provider.
• Research and engage new service providers as needed.
• Conduct and record customer feedback surveys.
• Update the service provider database as changes occur.
