Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Deployment/Logistics Coordinator or Administrative Assistant.
• Knowledge of governing supply systems, programs, policies, nomenclature, work methods, or manuals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments across locations and approved flows.
• Expedite the flow of material and parts to meet schedules.
• Ensure supplies/inventory are ordered, received, replenished, and tracked.
• Monitor inventory levels against forecasted demand and goals for common stock items.
• Participate in disposition of non-conforming material.
• Arrange for reservation and transfer of materials to meet production schedules.
