Job summary

NTT DATA Services is seeking a Loftware Spectrum Technical Lead / Solution Engineer to design, implement, and support global labeling platforms. You will drive architecture, data mappings, and integrations with SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, MES, and other systems, ensuring compliance and scalable operations across manufacturing sites.

You will partner with QA, Validation, and IT teams to deliver validated labeling solutions, manage platform upgrades, and support cross‑site deployments in a fast‑paced

Qualifications

• 5+ years supporting enterprise manufacturing applications.
• 3+ years supporting ERP, MES, or labeling systems.
• Experience with external software vendors and system integrators.
• Experience in medical device/pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environments preferred.
• Loftware Spectrum or enterprise labeling platforms (preferred).
• SAP S/4HANA integration experience.
• ERP/MES integration design.
• REST APIs, XML, JSON, Web Services; SQL DB admin.
• SSO/SAML authentication and Cloud SaaS architecture.
• Regulatory/Quality and GxP environments

Responsibilities

• Architect and design Loftware Spectrum solutions and documents.
• Define platform standards, naming, security roles, and env strategy.
• Design integrations with SAP, Oracle, MES and ERP systems.
• Coordinate with Enterprise Architecture, Security, and Infra teams.
• Develop and troubleshoot APIs, XML, and data mappings.
• Manage label data, templates, and business rules.
• Assist with label migration from legacy labeling systems.
• Administer Loftware environments and manage user access/SAML.
• Coordinate platform upgrades and vendor releases.
• Support validation, IQ/OQ/PQ, and GxP compliance.
