Key Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle for labeling initiatives, including planning, specification development, installation, configuration, UAT, training, and go-live.
• Coordinate with engineering and IT teams to align Loftware deployment with ERP systems.
• Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Manage risks, issues, and change requests effectively.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring best practices and compliance.
• Prepare and deliver regular project status reports and metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement in labeling processes and tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in enterprise software implementations.
• Hands-on experience with Loftware Spectrum or similar labeling systems.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and integration processes.
