Job summary

LotusFlare is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to own technical pre-sale, solution design and delivery across projects. You will ensure goals are met and customer expectations are fulfilled, with a strong tech background and superb problem-solving skills.

You will engage senior leadership, collaborate with engineering and product teams, and drive successful outcomes. You’ll lead technical demonstrations, respond to RFI/RFPs, and build solutions with the LF DNO platform, while coordinating

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical leadership or related PM roles.
• 3-5 years SDLC experience as software engineer on scalable servers.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure architecture and IP networking.
• Proven ability to deliver products on plan in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to design, plan, and execute technical projects independently.
• Strong data distillation and trade-off rationale skills.
• Understanding of system constraints, scaling, and architecture decisions.
• Solid knowledge of engineering best practices in technical programs.
• Excellent written and verbal cross-organizational communication.
• Experience with WAF, load balancers, networking basics.
• Knowledge of encryption, hashing, and security principles.
• AWS certification is a plus.
• Experience in telecommunications industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Learn LotusFlare's DNO platform, architecture, and integration components.
• Deliver customized pre-sales technical presentations and demos.
• Assist in RFI/RFP responses and drive opportunities to close.
• Engage with customers to understand objectives and demonstrate value proposition.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer teams to build solutions around the DNO platform.
• Drive project execution, track delivery, manage changes, proactively resolve blockers.
• Manage UAT and production releases, and handover to support and operations.
• Serve as a key interface between the customer and the LotusFlare organization.
• Support project management activities and document issues.
• Contribute to a global delivery team and share best practices.
• Troubleshoot customer technical issues in real time.
• Create documentation and best practices for customers.
