Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Local Study Associate Director (LSAD) for a remote role in the United States. The LSAD will lead Local Study Teams to deliver study milestones, oversee site selection and monitoring activities, and ensure regulatory and quality compliance across country operations.

The role requires oncology experience and strong leadership, with travel as needed to support trials and investigator meetings. Excellent cross-functional collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Development Operations (CRA, SrCRA) or related fields.
• Good knowledge of ICH-GCP and local regulations.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead Local Study Team to deliver trial components on time and within budget.
• Identify potential sites and perform Site Qualification Visits.
• Coordinate site start-up and regulatory submissions.
• Manage monitoring activities from site activation through closure.
• Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs, QA and cross-functional partners.
