Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Clinical Research Associate to serve as the primary site contact and site manager across all trial phases. You will lead site monitoring, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain robust site relationships.

The role requires minimum 2 years of direct site monitoring experience, strong ICH-GCP knowledge, and excellent communication. Travel about 65–75% is expected, with domestic and international opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct site monitoring experience in bio/pharma/CRO.
• Solid understanding of ICH-GCPs and country clinical research guidelines.
• Ability to manage multiple protocols/sites and therapy areas.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary site contact and site manager throughout all phases of the study.
• Conduct remote and on-site monitoring & oversight activities to ensure data accuracy and participant safety.
• Coordinate with investigators and staff on protocol conduct, recruitment, regulatory docs, and site performance.
• Manage and maintain study documentation in CTMS and eTMF systems per timelines.
• Support audits/inspections and contribute to site performance improvements.
