Job summary

PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a Loan Support Analyst within the Commercial Loan Administration organization. Based in Denver, CO (with other locations), you will support loan accounts by providing payoff details, payment history, projected payments, and related information. Hours are standard with occasional extended evenings.

Qualifications

Associates degree and related experience typically required.
3+ years of experience in a role with exposure to loan administration preferred.
Strong analytical and communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Execute varied transactions and processes using established procedures across products or functional areas.
Reconcile and process transactions; route documents and information to complete actions.
Ensure materials and documentation needed to complete transactions are available.
Respond to inquiries with documentation; perform ad hoc research and feedback on workflow.
Review transactions for accuracy and conformance to policies.
