Qualifications

- Experience in loan industry or business knowledge preferred.
- Comfortable with a fast-paced, phone-based environment.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to guide online loan applicants through the application process.
- Verify application details, review credit, and make underwriting decisions to present best options.
- Respond to customer questions regarding loans, collateral, qualifications, and policies.
- Accurately document application notes and outcomes in the loan origination system for records.
