As a Loan Specialist on our Virtual Branch team, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers who start their loan journey online and will guide them through the application process. Our growing team works with customers every day to find the right loan product to meet their needs and improve their lives, and we’d love for you to be part of that mission!

What will a typical day be like for me?

• Making outbound calls to customers who submit loan applications through our online portal, guiding them through the application process
• Verifying application details, reviewing credit, and making sound loan underwriting decisions to offer the best options to our customers
• Responding to customer questions regarding the loans we offer (collateral, approval qualifications, renewal policies, etc.)
• Accurately documenting application notes and outcomes in our loan origination system to maintain a clear record for the branch and the customer
• Partnering with our branches when necessary to deliver first-in-class customer service

What will make me successful in this role?

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, phone-based environment with a high volume of outbound calls
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook and ability to learn internal systems
• Strong problem-solving skills to navigate unique customer situations and find the right solution
• A competitive drive and motivation to hit monthly performance and bonus incentives

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to constantly remain in a stationary position.
• The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc
