Qualifications

• No mortgage experience? No problem. Talent and grit are essential.
• Real sales experience is required: you have recently excelled in a role with ownership of outcomes and measurable results.
• You influenced buying decisions in complex sales processes and handled objections to close.
• You owned your outcomes, met goals/metrics, and earned commissions.
• You must be comfortable talking to customers on the phone and closing deals.

Responsibilities
