Job summary

Caliver Beach Mortgage, LLC is seeking entrepreneurial Loan Officers to run their own remote business under the company umbrella. This role offers uncapped commissions and the ability to build a personal client base while operating in 28 states.

Successful candidates will leverage relationships with Realtors, CPAs, and financial planners, maintain a client database, and close multiple loans monthly with strong regulatory and compliance support from Corporate.

Qualifications

• Active NMLS/MLO license required.
• Strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry best practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to assess complex financial information.
• Sales-oriented mindset with a commitment to targets.
• Detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPAs, Financial Planners, etc.
• Run your loan officer business remotely on a P&L basis under Caliver Beach Mortgage's umbrella.
• Aim to close loans and grow you own book of business.
