Job summary

Caliver Beach Mortgage, LLC is seeking entrepreneurial loan officers who can run their own book of business remotely on a P&L basis under our umbrella. If you have a proven referral network, uncapped commissions, and the drive to build your practice, this is for you.

Licensed in 28 states with administrative, operational and compliance support from Corporate, you can grow by adding LO teammates or operate solo while leveraging our lender relationships.

Qualifications

• Active NMLS/MLO license (required).
• Strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry best practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to assess complex financial information.
• Sales-oriented with a commitment to achieving targets.
• Detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPAs, financial planners, etc.
• Manage loan pipelines and close 3–5 units per month.
• Operate remotely on a P&L basis under Caliver Beach Mortgage.
• Utilize corporate support for administrative, operational and compliance needs.
