You will originate loans across borrower types with uncapped commissions and support from Corporate for admin, operations, and compliance.

The role emphasizes relationship development, state licensing, and disciplined sales to meet targets while working independently or expanding a team.

Qualifications

• Active NMLS/MLO license required.
• Strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry best practices.
• Sales-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving targets.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to assess complex financial information.
• Experience building referral networks with Realtors, CPAs, and financial planners.

Responsibilities
