Qualifications

• Proven track record developing referral partner relationships with realtors, CPAs, financial planners, etc.
• Maintains a database of past clients for marketing purposes.
• History of closing 3–5 units per month.

Responsibilities

• Run your loan officer business remotely under Caliver Beach Mortgagell Bridge umbrella.
• Develop and manage referral networks to generate mortgage opportunities.
• Maintain compliance and timely processing of loan applications.
• Leverage uncapped commissions to grow revenue and the team.
