Job summary

Jobot is seeking motivated Loan Officers to build their own pipeline in a fully commission-based role. You will have access to elite coaching, mentorship, and real-world deal experience while earning between $100,000 and $200,000 per year.

Work remotely within New England, with full benefits and ongoing training. You will source clients, guide them from application to close, and develop relationships with realtors and partners to grow your book of business.

Qualifications

• Active NMLS license is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage a pipeline.
• Previous sales or mortgage experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through self-sourcing, networking, and referrals.
• Guide clients through the mortgage process from application to close.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, realtors, and partners.
• Stay up to date on loan products and market trends.
• Leverage coaching and training to continuously improve performance.
