Jobot is hiring a motivated Loan Officer to build their own pipeline and drive loan origination in a fully remote role within New England. You will source, consult, and guide clients through the mortgage process from application to close, leveraging elite coaching and support to maximize earnings under a 100% commission model.

You will have access to experienced mentors, structured training, and marketing/operational support to grow your book of business in a performance-driven environment.

Qualificações

• Active NMLS license is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Highly motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage a pipeline.
• Sales or mortgage experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Generate new business through self-sourcing, networking, and referrals.
• Guide clients through the mortgage process from application to close.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, realtors, and partners.
• Stay up to date on loan products and market trends.
• Leverage coaching and training to continuously improve performance.
