Jobot is seeking driven Loan Officers who want to build their own pipeline in a fully commission-based role. You’ll work with elite coaching and support to grow your income and expertise, and you’ll enjoy the freedom to craft a personal book of business.

This opportunity features 100% commission with mentoring from top producers, structured coaching, and marketing/operational support. Fully remote within New England; other areas are not considered.

Formación

• Active NMLS license is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to manage pipeline independently.
• Sales or mortgage experience is preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Generate new business through self-sourcing, networking, and referrals.
• Guide clients through the mortgage process from application to close.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, realtors, and partners.
• Stay up to date on loan products and market trends.
• Leverage coaching and training to continuously improve performance.

Conocimientos

Active NMLS license
