Satori Mortgage is hiring a Mortgage Loan Officer for a fully remote, 100% commission role. You will generate your own business, work within a national team, and use a broad lender network to close loans.

Expect ongoing coaching, bootcamps, AI-assisted tools, and real-time support from leaders who fund loans themselves. You’ll join a brokerage and correspondent lender with 50+ lenders, no income caps, and a culture that values accountability and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Must generate own business and build referral networks.
• Be coachable and open to feedback while adopting proven systems.
• Able to work in a fast-paced remote environment with accountability.

Responsibilities
