Job summary

Wesco is seeking a Senior Specialist for Learning Technology & Analytics to administer and optimize our Cornerstone OnDemand LMS and related tools. You will manage day-to-day configurations, content deployment, and enhancements to improve learner experiences and business outcomes.

You will also support broader L&D initiatives with analytics, develop end-user training, and design reports to drive decisions. Candidates should travel up to 25% and possess strong Excel and data visualization skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required; Master's preferred.
6+ years of LMS administrator experience.
6+ years of reporting and analytics experience.
Experience administering Cornerstone OnDemand; certifications preferred.
Ability to create course evaluations, surveys, tests and corresponding reporting.
Ability to create end-user training (job aids, webinars).
Mastery of Excel.
Knowledge of Cornerstone LMS reporting and Power BI preferred.
Travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

Maintain the course catalog: create courses, schedule sessions, test and load materials, attach evaluations, create curricula.
Perform advanced LMS tasks: create curricula, assign learning.
Troubleshoot end-user issues.
Design and run reports and perform analytics tasks.
Create and deliver end-user training (instructors, regional training contacts).
Manage rosters and grant completions as needed.
Implement new learning technology.
Complete ad-hoc L&D tasks (edits to webinars, add tests, load as courses).
