Job summary

AccentCare is seeking a Learning Management System Administrator to optimize the LMS, manage users, and ensure scalable learning across the organization in a remote full-time role.

The position requires 2–5 years of LMS admin experience (5 years preferred), a BS/BA preferred, and the ability to drive training programs, curricula, and compliance reporting.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of LMS administration experience (5 years preferred).
• BS/BA preferred.
• Experience with formal or informal project management and end-to-end project execution.
• Knowledge of e-learning software: Articulate, Captivate, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions in the LMS.
• Configure LMS settings and integrations; apply updates and patches.
• Upload and maintain e-learning courses, videos, and assessments; ensure SCORM/xAPI compliance.
• Reporting & Compliance: Generate and analyze LMS reports on user engagement, course completion, and compliance; Ensure accurate training records for users and regulatory requirements; Identify trends and gaps in training through data analysis.
• Process Improvement & Automation: Optimize LMS workflows to improve efficiency; Leverage automation tools to streamline administrative tasks; Collaborate with HR, Compliance and other departments to align learning initiatives AccentCare, Inc. will make reasonable accommodations to "otherwise qualified individuals."
