Job summary

Gotham Enterprises Ltd. is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor to provide virtual therapy to adults via telehealth in a fully remote role based in Washington. You will deliver structured therapy sessions, monitor progress, and document care in a compliant manner.

Requirements include a Washington LMHC license, a Master’s degree in Counseling or related field, and experience with outpatient therapy. The role supports remote work with standard Monday–Friday hours and a competitive salary

Qualifications

• Must hold a Washington LMHC license.
• Minimum requirement is a Master’s degree in Counseling or related field.
• Experience providing outpatient therapy services is required.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual therapy sessions via telehealth.
• Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner.
• Develop and adjust treatment plans based on client progress.
• Coordinate care when referrals or additional services are needed.
• Follow Washington State clinical and ethical standards.
