Qualifications

• Active clinical communication and documentation skills required.
• Telehealth experience and comfort with remote work.
• Washington license as LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Hold scheduled counseling sessions by secure video.
• Complete intakes and clinical assessments for new clients.
• Determine treatment priorities and counseling methods.
• Review cases and adjust as needed.
• Maintain clinical records and session notes.
• Coordinate with other providers when additional care is indicated.
• Follow Washington licensing requirements and confidentiality rules.
