Job summary

Gotham Enterprises Ltd in Washington is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) for a full-time remote/telehealth role. You will conduct individual counseling sessions, complete intake assessments, and manage caseloads with independence and professional boundaries.

The position supports a weekday schedule (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm) with a dedicated home workspace, health insurance, PTO, and retirement plan.

Qualifications

• Washington LMHC license required.
• Experience providing outpatient therapy services.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Conducting scheduled individual counseling sessions
• Completing intake assessments and required evaluations
• Reviewing referrals and determining appropriate clinical needs
• Establishing treatment goals and updating them as circumstances change
• Maintaining complete and timely clinical records
• Coordinating referrals and outside services when appropriate
• Participating in case consultation or team communication when needed
• Responding appropriately to clinical or safety concerns
• Maintaining professional boundaries and client confidentiality
