Job summary

Gotham Enterprises Ltd. is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LCSW, or LPC) to provide therapy services to clients throughout New Jersey via telehealth.

The counselor will conduct scheduled sessions, assess client needs, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress while upholding professional and ethical standards. This full-time, remote position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with competitive compensation and benefits, including health coverage, retirement plans, and paid time

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage & Family Therapy.
• Licensed in New Jersey (LCSW, LMFT, LPC).
• 2+ years of therapy experience.
• Comfortable using telehealth technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, and family counseling through telehealth.
• Conduct initial assessments and identify presenting concerns.
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans.
• Apply appropriate evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
• Monitor client progress and revise treatment goals when clinically indicated.
• Complete session notes and other required clinical documentation.
