Mentalzon.com invites Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHCs) across the United States to join our online platform. Work remotely, set your own hours and rates, and build your private practice from any licensed location.

We handle client acquisition and platform technology so you can focus on delivering quality counseling. As an independent contractor, conduct sessions via HIPAA‑compliant video, maintain confidential records, and adhere to ACA/NBCC ethics.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in mental health counseling from CACREP-accredited program or equivalent.
• Active, unrestricted LMHC license in at least one US state.
• Post-licensure clinical experience in assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and psychotherapy.
• Telehealth proficiency with secure platforms and record-keeping.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, ethics codes (ACA/NBCC).
• Professional liability insurance in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Online mental health counseling for individuals, couples, or families.
• Maintain thorough, confidential clinical records per HIPAA and state rules.
• Adhere to ACA/NBCC codes and telehealth regulations.
• Manage client communications, scheduling, and practice policies.
• Establish your own session fees and handle billing with clients.
