Job summary

Mentalzon.com is seeking Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHCs) to join a remote private practice network. You can connect with clients, set your own hours and rates, and deliver counseling online from any US location where you are licensed.

Mentalzon handles client acquisition and platform technology, so you can focus on clinical care. Requirements include a CACREP‑accredited master's in counseling, active LMHC license in at least one state, post‑licensure experience, HIPAA telehealth

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from a CACREP-accredited program (or equivalent).
• Active, unrestricted LMHC license in at least one US state.
• Post-licensure clinical experience in assessment, treatment planning, and psychotherapy.
• Proficiency with HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms and secure communication.
• Professional liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct online individual, couples, or family counseling via secure video.
• Maintain confidential clinical records per HIPAA and licensing rules.
• Adhere to ACA/NBCC ethics and state telehealth laws.
• Manage client communications, scheduling, and disclose fees/policies.
• Set own session fees and collect payments directly from clients.
