Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid Texas LMFT license.
• At least one year of supervised post-graduate hours.
• Strong assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to implement and evaluate treatment plans.
• Problem-solving and adaptability in client care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health and relational dynamics.
• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families using evidence-based practices.
• Help clients articulate thoughts and feelings regarding relational disruptions.
• Develop comprehensive, culturally contextual treatment plans.
• Monitor and document client progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Provide expert witness testimony in legal contexts when required.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and community resources.
• Stay current with professional developments through ongoing education.
