Job summary

Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) for a full-time remote telehealth role, positioned in Florida. You will conduct virtual sessions, guide clients through evidence-based therapy, and support relationship and family dynamics using a secure online platform.

Requirements include a Florida LMFT license and a Master’s degree in MFT or related field; telehealth and documentation experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Licensed LMFT in Florida
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, families, or relational systems
• Strong treatment planning, clinical documentation, and ethics knowledge
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and EHR systems
• Reliable internet and private workspace for remote sessions
• Ability to manage a full-time caseload with professionalism

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients virtually for scheduled therapy sessions
• Provide marriage and family therapy services using a secure online platform
• Evaluate presenting concerns and determine appropriate treatment direction
• Support clients dealing with relationship strain, family conflict, adjustment issues, anxiety, and stress
• Document each session according to clinical and compliance requirements
• Review client progress and revise treatment goals when needed
• Maintain professional boundaries and uphold state licensing standards
• Use clinical judgment to identify risk, escalation needs, or referral options
