Job summary

Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join a remote behavioral health team serving clients across Illinois. The role centers on helping individuals, couples, and families address real-life concerns in a fully virtual setting.

The position offers a full-time schedule, competitive salary with full benefits, and a Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM workday. Candidates should have a Master's degree in MFT and an active IL LMFT license.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field is required.
• Current Illinois LMFT license or eligibility to practice in Illinois.
• Experience working with individuals, couples, and families in therapy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Conduct therapy sessions through a secure telehealth platform.
• Assess client concerns and create individualized treatment plans.
• Work with couples and families on communication patterns and relational challenges.
• Provide therapy for clients with emotional, behavioral, and interpersonal difficulties.
• Keep documentation current, accurate, and compliant.
