Job summary

Gotham Enterprises Ltd in North Carolina is seeking a licensed LMFT to provide telehealth therapy to individuals, couples, and families. You will meet clients facing relationship issues, parenting concerns, family changes, anxiety, and other personal challenges, delivering sessions and documenting progress.

The role emphasizes using your clinical judgment, collaborating with the team, and adhering to NC licensure requirements, with a Monday–Friday schedule and remote setup.

Qualifications

• Active LMFT license in North Carolina.
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families.
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Strong clinical documentation and treatment planning skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for remote care.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals, couples, and families for virtual therapy appointments
• Learn about the concerns that brought each client to counseling
• Help clients work through relationship, parenting, and family-related issues
• Provide ongoing support based on what is discussed during sessions
• Keep clinical notes and required records current
• Follow up when a concern needs closer attention
• Recognize when another service or referral may be helpful
• Respond appropriately to safety concerns that arise during care
• Maintain confidentiality and follow North Carolina professional requirements
