Omada Behavioral Health Center in Baltimore is seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our outpatient team. This full-time, remote position focuses on delivering high-quality mental health services via teletherapy to individuals, couples, and families.

You will use evidence-based approaches (CBT, DBT, systemic therapy) to assess, diagnose, and treat clients, set goals, document thoroughly, and participate in ongoing training and supervision.

Qualifikationen

• Active license as a Maryland LMFT.
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in outpatient mental health settings.
• Solid understanding of evidence-based treatment modalities, including CBT, DBT, and systemic therapy approaches.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions with diverse clients.
• Utilize assessment tools to diagnose mental health disorders and develop treatment plans.
