Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
• Licensed or provisionally licensed in New Jersey (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, LAC, LAMFT, LSW) or provisional licensure.
• Strong diagnostic and crisis intervention abilities.
• Familiar with office technology and EHR systems such as Valant.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with medical professionals for comprehensive care.
• Offer grief counseling and support to patients and families.
• Engage in social work and behavioral health interventions.
• Participate in clinical staff meetings and training.
• Maintain documentation per company policies.
