Rula is expanding its network of licensed providers in Washington. We hire 1099 contractors who have full schedule autonomy and no minimum caseload, focusing on delivering high-quality behavioral health care to clients via telehealth.

Compensation includes $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with guaranteed payment every two weeks and billing support. You control your availability, while Rula handles insurance, scheduling, and administrative tasks to keep your calendar full and clients engaged.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC.
• Valid NPI required.
• Must be licensed in Washington and able to provide telehealth.
