Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed clinicians to deliver behavioral health via telehealth in Washington. LMHCs, LICSWs or LMFTs can join as 1099 contractors with full schedule autonomy and no minimum caseloads.

You’ll receive $80 per hourly session (53 minutes), guaranteed pay every two weeks, and comprehensive admin support including billing, claims, and EHR. Rula provides fast credentialing and ongoing clinician development.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
• Valid NPI.
• Must be licensed in Washington.
• Must be able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth sessions.
• Complete treatment notes after sessions.
• Rula handles billing, claims, the EHR, and related admin tasks.
