Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed behavioral health clinicians in Washington. As a 1099 contractor, you control your schedule and see clients via telehealth, with no minimum caseloads.

You’ll be compensated at $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) and receive guaranteed payment every two weeks via direct deposit, plus billing and claims support from Rula. Rula handles credentialing, referrals, and admin, enabling clinicians to focus on client care while maintaining professional autonomy

Qualifications

• Must be licensed LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI and Washington licensure.
• Ability to provide telehealth.
• Contractor (1099) status with schedule autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Provide LMHC sessions via telehealth.
• Manage sessions and client notes.
• Coordinate with Rula for billing and insurance.
• Maintains professional autonomy with flexible scheduling.
