Job summary

Rula Health is expanding its network of licensed clinicians to deliver high-quality behavioral health care. Therapists work as 1099 contractors with schedule autonomy and no minimum caseload, focusing on client care while Rula handles billing, claims, and admin.

In this network, clinicians can credential quickly with insurer partners and receive referrals, with compensation of $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) and biweekly direct deposit payments. Remote telehealth is supported.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinician with LMHC, LMFT or LICSW credential and valid NPI.
• Must hold licensure in Washington state.
• Ability to provide telehealth securely and compliantly.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health therapy to clients via telehealth or in-person where available.
• Document sessions and notes, while communicating with the Rula network.
