Ellie Mental Health-Lancaster, PA is seeking a skilled therapist for individual, couples, and family therapy with a flexible remote arrangement—some in-person and some via Telehealth. Expect a 25-session weekly caseload and supervision support from Clinical Director.

Compensation ranges from $70,000 to $85,000 per year, plus benefits. The role requires a master's in social work or related field and PA LPC licensure, with experience documenting treatment plans and case notes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or related field from an accredited college or university.
• Licensed Mental Health Professional (LPC) in PA.
• Experience completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, and complete ongoing documentation.
• Maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per week.
• Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with a dynamic team.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, and school personnel as needed.
• Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and training.
