Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or behavioral sciences from an accredited institution.
• Licensed mental health professional (LPC) in Pennsylvania.
• Experience completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create treatment plans with ongoing documentation.
• Maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per week.
• Provide excellent client service and collaborate with the team to close gaps in the community.
• Apply creative interventions to help clients meet goals.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, school staff and medical personnel.
• Attend clinical staff meetings and training.
