Job summary

Eliassen Group is enabling AI-powered features for a client in a remote-capable setup. You will join as a software engineer in a small pod, collaborating with a senior AI Solutions Architect, product managers, and platform teams to deliver reusable AI capabilities and production-ready services.

You will build, test, and deploy LLM-powered features, integrate with the AI middleware, and help drive observability and cost-tracking across the stack.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship LLM-powered features including RAG pipelines, tool-calling agents, multi-step workflows, and prompt frameworks.
• Integrate solutions with the AI middleware platform and contribute reusable capabilities.
• Implement evaluation and testing for AI outputs including test sets, automated checks, regression detection, and quality gates.
• Develop APIs, backend services, integrations, and UI components required for AI features.
• Add observability, logging, and cost tracking to deployed AI systems and remediate issues.
• Pair with solution team engineers to enable independent execution of AI feature development.
• Document designs, decisions, and lessons to accelerate future teams.
