Job summary

Binance is seeking a highly skilled AI/ML specialist to lead end-to-end LLM projects. You will design prompts, build RAG QA systems, and deploy multi-agent architectures across multi-GPU clusters. Strong English and Chinese communication are essential for cross-team collaboration.

The role is fully remote, with an emphasis on advancing AI solutions, prompt design, and scalable frameworks that support customer service scheduling and decision-making across products and languages.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of deep-learning/NLP experience including practical LLM work (SFT, RAG, inference optimization)
• Proven prompt engineering and tuning expertise (few-shot design, structured prompting, tuning)
• Experience building multi-agent LLM workflows with agent orchestration and memory sharing
• Proficient in English and Chinese for cross-team collaboration

Responsibilities

• Own the full LLM pipeline from data prep to production launch
• Design, iterate and optimize prompts to maximize model utility and safety
• Build and maintain RAG QA/search systems connected to multi-source knowledge bases
• Deploy and operate LLM services on multi‑GPU or cluster environments
• Develop multi‑agent LLM architectures including task decomposition and tool-calling workflows
• Develop evaluation pipelines (automatic metrics & human feedback) for model quality and bias
• Collaborate with product and CS teams to integrate AI models into conversational chatbots
• Track AI research, author technical blogs, and improve current architecture
