Job summary

Binance, a leading global blockchain ecosystem, is seeking an AI/Software Engineer to design and build AI-powered productivity tools for internal engineering teams.

You will own projects end-to-end, from problem definition and technical design to deployment, with a strong focus on LLM-powered applications, prompts, and MCP/tool calling. Remote-first environment with collaboration across international teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Data Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• 1–5 years of software engineering or applied AI engineering experience.
• Proficient in Python, Java, Go or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience building or integrating LLM-powered applications.
• Experience with backend, platform or full-stack development.
• Strong problem-solving and proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-powered productivity tools for internal engineering teams.
• Build and integrate LLM-powered applications for engineering use cases.
• Develop AI agent workflows and infrastructure including tool calling and memory.
• Integrate AI into the software development lifecycle to boost productivity.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to identify bottlenecks and deliver AI solutions.
• Apply Prompt Engineering, RAG, AI Agents and MCP/tool calling and evaluate technologies.
• Own projects end-to-end from problem definition to deployment.
