Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive sales experience in pharma/biotech.
• Rare disease or hepatology/gastroenterology experience preferred.
• Strong clinical aptitude and ability to communicate complex information.
• Experience with account-based selling across health systems and referral networks.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a focused territorial business plan aligned with priorities.
• Identify high-opportunity accounts and referral networks; map decision-making.
• Build trusted relationships with physicians, nurses, and care teams.
• Coordinate compliant account actions with Mirum field partners.
• Deliver evidence-based discussions and promote appropriate patient access.
