Job summary

Penn Interactive is seeking a Sportsbook Trader, Live for evenings and weekends to join the Risk and Trading Team. You will manage real-time live betting markets, adjust odds based on game state and market activity, and execute liability-aware decisions to keep pricing competitive and balanced.

The role requires a post-secondary degree and 1–2 years in trading or risk assessment, with strong math skills and a data-driven mindset. Weekend/evening shifts and holidays are expected.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree in a relevant field.
• 1 to 2 years’ experience in a trading environment or assessing and calculating risk.
• Strong sports betting knowledge and a solid interest in odds.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage live betting markets in real time across assigned sports/events.
• Adjust odds proactively based on game state, injuries, cards, and market movement.
• Execute liability-aware decisions including price moves, suspensions, and stake limits.
• Ensure pricing is competitive with key operators.
• Operate within event templates and market tiers and adjust when required.
• Monitor sharp or arbitrage activity and react accordingly.
• Use internal tools to track exposure and performance.
• Contribute to live trading improvements and process optimization.
