Job summary

PENN Entertainment, Inc. in the United States is seeking a proactive member to join the Risk and Trading Operations team. You will assist Traders, document issues, and help test and monitor features across betting platforms for reliability and compliance.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree or equivalent work experience.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Extensive sports knowledge, esp. four major leagues; esports is a plus.
• Sports betting knowledge adds value.
• Clear, effective communication skills.
• Computer savvy with iPhone/Android experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Traders by identifying, documenting, and escalating issues.
• Support verification, adjustment & creation of Sport & Competition setups.
• Test and monitor app features for proper functionality and navigation.
• Contribute to Compliance checks, market submissions, and post-release testing.
• Communicate with data providers and support tickets.
• Daily review of betting content and markets.
