Job summary

Edmentum, a Remote First company, seeks a Virtual CTE Business & Technology Teacher to bring classroom instruction online with live, on-camera delivery for five hours daily. You will personalize learning using data, provide timely feedback, and work with partner schools and Edmentum colleagues to ensure high-quality support.

A Bachelor's in Education and a valid CTE-Business & Technology license (6-12) are required, with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field and an active state teaching license in CTE-Business & Technology grades 6-12.
• Experience teaching in virtual and/or in-person settings and comfortable with a live online classroom.
• On-camera presence capable of delivering five or more consecutive hours of live instruction daily.
• Hands-on experience with online learning platforms, virtual instruction tools, and standard productivity software.
• Data-informed approach: read student performance data to adjust live instruction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver live, on-camera synchronous instruction for five or more hours per day on instructional days.
• Use student performance data to personalize instruction and identify learning gaps.
• Provide timely, meaningful feedback and maintain accurate records for students and families.
• Build genuine relationships with students and families through professional, proactive communication.
• Collaborate with school partners and Edmentum colleagues to ensure consistent, high-quality support.
