Job summary

Tutor Me Education is seeking experienced Career & Technical Education (CTE) instructors to provide 1:1 and small group virtual instruction to students nationwide. You’ll work remotely, set your schedule, and negotiate hourly pay based on scope of work.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree, experience with diverse learners, and the ability to design engaging, standards-aligned lessons. A reliable home setup and comfort with online tools are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience designing and delivering lesson plans aligned to goals.
• Strong virtual instruction skills; comfortable with video conferencing and online engagement.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable computer, internet, webcam, and quiet workspace.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 and small group virtual instruction tailored to career pathways.
• Create structured lesson plans aligned with standards and credentials.
• Adapt instruction in real time based on student progress and engagement.
• Track progress and communicate with families/schools regarding skill mastery.
