Talentoma is hiring a Live Chat Agent for a fully remote role based in Georgia, USA. You will handle live chat and email inquiries, guiding customers through product information and service steps, and collaborating with a customer service lead.

The position requires 40 hours per week, with varying shifts. You will use Zendesk, Salesforce, and other CRM tools to document questions, checks, and resolutions, ensuring accurate, courteous responses and timely follow-ups.

Qualifications

• No experience required; related live chat or email support is a plus.
• Ability to read questions carefully and respond clearly.
• Availability for a 40-hour weekly commitment.

Responsibilities

• Review live chat conversations and emails at shift start.
• Engage customers via live chat, asking focused questions.
• Check customer history in CRM before answering.
• Explain features using approved guides and service steps.
• Create and update tickets in Zendesk; document actions.
• Respond to emails with complete, template-based explanations.
• Follow up on unresolved conversations and escalate as needed.
• Ensure accuracy, complete notes, and proper handoffs.
• Close tickets and summarize outstanding questions at shift end.
